The full trailer of ABS-CBN's upcoming drama, Walang Hanggan, premiered last night during a commercial gap of Maalaala Mo Kaya. Airing January 16, 2012 on the Kapamilya network's primetime block, the series boasts of a powerhouse cast that includes two queens of Philippine cinema – Susan Roces and Helen Gamboa.
Walang Hanggan is also the first team-up of Coco Martin and Julia Montes, the characters of whom the main plot will revolve in. Paulo Avelino and Melissa Ricks, on the other hand, play the roles of the other love interests of the main characters.
The story was based on the 1991 film Hihintayin Kita Sa Langit. It was topbilled by Richard Gomez and Dawn Zulueta who are also both in the cast of Walang Hanggan.
Directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng and Trina Dayrit, the series' cast also include Rita Avila and Joem Bascon with the special participation of Eddie Gutierrez and Joel Torre.
