Vangie, Siri's Pinoy Counterpart, Makes Some Noise

A video about a phone voice activated "assistant" that understands Tagalog is becoming viral. The voice assistant is called Vangie, and it is the counterpart of Siri, the iPhone 4S voice assistant.

According to Youtube's MacapunoSystems, many of Siri's functions are not yet available in the Philippines. It's the reason why Vangie was created.

Users of Vangie should just be aware, though. It talks back. A lot.
