A self-recorded video of a call center agent named Shan Cruz Rivera is becoming popular on the internet.
In the video, the agent was asking a caller a number of security questions, a process that is normally used to verify the identity of the caller. In the said video, though, the agent was obviously making fun of the caller asking him silly questions.
Other people in the office surely knew about what was going on based on the reactions of the agent while he was taking the said call.
The video has been getting negative comments, with people saying it might affect the image of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Philippines.
Negative words have also been thrown towards Shan Cruz Rivera like unprofessional, disgrace and gago.
