Carlos Diego Loyzaga, Cesar Montano's son with the character actress Teresa Loyzaga, is joining showbiz by signing a 3-year contract with ABS-CBN.
The 15-year old cutie's first project will be Mara Clara, although the character he will play is still unknown.
Rumor has it that he will be the new love interest of Clara (Julia Montes). John Manalo (who plays Eris, Julia's current love team in the series) is a little shorter than Julia and they kinda look awkward together.
Some says, though, that Diego will reprise the late Rico Yan's role in Mara Clara, thus he will be paired to Mara (Kathryn Bernardo).
The third speculation is that he will play the role of Utoy, the boy who saved Mara from the explosion.
Whatever Diego's role will be, I'm sure the fans of the series will find him cute. And I'm guessing that he will eventually be included in ABS-CBN's string of youth-oriented shows.
Carlos Diego Loyzaga was born on May 21, 1995 and is currently a full-time 2nd year student. He doesn't have a Twitter account as of the moment but you can catch up on him on his Facebook fan page. By the way, his fans are called Digsters.
