Machete is on its final week, and he faces his strongest foe yet as the show ends.
Daniel Matsunaga plays the role of Baal, a wooden statue carved by Bugana and will be brought to life to defeat Machete.
And to be honest, the Brazilian-Japanese model looks more like a warrior to me than Aljur Abrenica.
Machete only lasted barely 2 months. The show premiered January 24, 2011 and it comes to its end tomorrow, March 18, 2011.
It didn't do well in the ratings even after Kris Bernal, Aljur's original love team, was included in the show. It was also moved to a later timeslot but that didn't change anything as far as the ratings game was concerned.
