Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual are still StarStudio magazine's winner of 2011's Sexiest Stars poll. It's their second time in a row as they were also last year's sexiest male and female celebrities winners.

Other male celebrities in the magazine's 2011's Sexiest Stars include Diether Ocampo, Derek Ramsay, Gerald Anderson, Enchong Dee, and Matteo Guidicelli.  Other female stars are Maricar Reyes, Anne Curtis, Kim Chiu, Erich Gonzales, and Jessy Mendiola.
