Heart Evangelista seems to have found a way in her busy sched to make way for the Temptation Island remake.
Lovi Poe is also said to have swapped roles with Heart because the Dwarfina star is having problems with sexy roles. So for now, Lovi will be the one playing the sexier role that was once given to Heart.
Marian Rivera is quite remarkable, though, that she's having no problems with her schedule despite having Show Me the Manny, Amaya, and Ang Spooky Mo Presents: Bampirella all at the same time. In fact, she was in a Preview photo cover shoot with the other Temptation Island stars yesterday.

A joint venture between GMA Films and Regal Entertainment, Temptation Island will begin shooting April 14th in Paoay, Ilocos Norte under the direction of Director Chris Martinez.
