Baninay's identity has been revealed over "TV Patrol" and her heavy Batangas accent and fun way of talking made me guess she'd be teen housemate Maymay Entrata's counterpart in the reality show's regular edition.
The accounting student from Mabini, Batangas is still grieving over the death of her father who passed away last February. She also doesn't have her biological mother anymore.
She said, though, that she will bring with her inside the PBB house the memory of her dad as inspiration.
Baninay is a fan of the JaDine love team of James Reid and Nadine Lustre. When asked if she's "kinikilig" when watching "Till I Met You," she said she did, but added that she closed her eyes during the scene when Iris and Basti made love inside the car.
"Ay s'ya sa kotse nag-ano, e, nag-gay-unan," she said. "Rated SPG po 'yun, e, ako'y napapikit na laang ho."
She also wants to prove that a normal person like her can also make it in PBB.
"Kaya ko rin po, kaya ng mga Batanguena, ng mga normal na tao, hindi lang basta magaganda, hindi 'yung mga talented na sobra. Yung normal na tao lang."
Meanwhile, Filipino-American model Tanner Mata was previously introduced on "It's Showtime" as a regular housemate.
Tanner and Baninay will both enter the PBB house this Saturday.
