Along with Wally Bayola aka Lola Nidora, Maine personally received her Catholic Social Media Award (CSMA) on Sunday, October 11, 2015, during the ceremony that was held at the Sta. Rosa City Hall Auditorium in Sta Rosa, Laguna.
The CSMA was launched during the last day of the Catholic Social Media Summit (CSMS), of which Lola Nidora and Yaya Dub were also guest speakers.
The Catholic church has been vocal on commending KalyeSerye for promoting Christian values.
As earlier reported, Yaya's tandem Alden Richards was also a recipient of the 1st CSMA but he wasn't able to attend the ceremony due to an out-of-the-country showbiz commitment.
EB producer TAPE Inc. also received an Achievement Award "for producing #KalyeSerye and giving importance to promoting Christian family values and virtues."
