The photo is all over Twitter and based on the tweets about it, netizens believe that it's authentic.
Alex, who is currently seen on ABS-CBN's "Pangako Sa 'Yo," made headlines in September when a member of the audience pinched his private part during the Cosmo Carnival 2015.
