A magnitude 5.4 earthquake struck Occidental Mindoro on Monday night, October 19, 2015.

According to the bulletin posted by Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), the earthquake was recorded at exactly 9:50:41 PM, 19 kilometers (km) northeast of Looc, Occidental Mindoro.
It was tectonic in origin and had a depth of 101 km.
The earthquake was felt in the following areas:
Intensity V - Batangas City
Intensity IV - Tagaytay City; Puerto Gallera; Oriental Mindoro; Mandaluyong City; Makati City; Pasay City
Intensity III - Clark, Pampanga; General Trias, Cavite; Malolos, Bulacan; Bacoor, Cavite; Obando, Bulacan
Intensity II - Pateros
No damage has been reported yet, but aftershocks are to be expected.
