Denise Laurel gave her best impression of Lea Salonga on ABS-CBN's "Your Face Sounds Familiar" on Sunday, October 11, 2015.
The "Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita" actress sang "Bakit Labis Kitang Mahal," which Lea sang as the theme song of her 1992 movie.
The judges were all praises, with Jed Madela saying that Denise sounded, looked and projected like the Broadway Diva. Sharon Cuneta gave her shortest comment, saying the performance was "perfect." Gary Valenciano, meanwhile, made the celebrity performer cry by saying that her talent was truly underrated.
