The Buzz said goodbye after 14 years, airing its last episode on October 13, 2013. It will be replaced by Buzz Ng Bayan which will air its first episode next Sunday, Oct. 20.
Boy Abunda is also the main host of the new showbiz-oriented program, joined by Carmina Villaroel and Janice De Belen.
It’s sad that Toni Gonzaga and Charlene Gonzales didn’t get retained. They were in The Buzz since 2010.
In Buzz Ng Bayan, the people will get a chance to get “involved” in the issues of celebrities. Something new to look forward to.
A teaser for the new show was shown on Sunday, and while we’re sad that Toni and Charlene have to go, we’re also just as excited to see the pilot episode of this new program and know what it has in store for all of us.
