The YouTube hit Gangnam Style by Korean rapper Psy is becoming phenomenal as it reaches 121-million views on the video sharing website as of this posting.

The music video is fun to watch, coupled with catchy rhythm that will give you LSS long after you heard it. Psy’s horse-dancing steps also looks so fun to do that it’s already becoming a dance craze.

Recently, MCA Music acquired the ownership to the exclusive license of Gangnam Style. But what really does “Gangnam Style” mean?

First off, the Gangnam district is an affluent and trendy area in Seoul. It explains the fashionable outfits in the music video. “Gangnam Style” then is a Korean colloquialism referring to the lifestyle associated with the Gangnam district.
