PAGASA has posted its latest bulletin as of 10 PM of June 3.
Typhoon Ambo is expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon which may bring flashflood and landslides to Southern Luzon and the Visays.

At 10PM today, the center of Typhoon "AMBO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 430 km East Northeast of Aparri, Cagayan (20.2 deg. N., 125.8 deg. E).
Maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph.
Forecast to move North Northeast @ 13kph.
TY AMBO is expected to be at 530 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes by tomorrow evening. By Tuesday evening, it will be at 800 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes.
TY AMBO is expected to enhance the Southwest Monsoon that will bring rains over Southern Luzon and Visayas especially over the western section which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
Estimated rainfall amount 20-30 mm/hr (heavy) w/in the 400 km diameter of the Typhoon.
Fishing boats and other small seacrafts are advised not to venture out into the seaboards of Luzon and the Western Visayas due to the combined effects of TY "Ambo" and the Southwest Monsoon.
Meanwhile, a Low Pressure Area (LPA)was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 980 km East of Southern Mindanao(5.0N,135.0E)
The public and the disaster coordinating councils concerned are advised to take appropriate actions and watch for the next bulletin to be issued at 5AM tomorrow.
