Toni Gonzaga does a promotional video for the Cinemalaya 2012 entry Bwakaw.
The Ultimate Multimedia Star appears in the video with her pet dog named Wuwu and talks about how she acquired the dog, where she got her name and the likes.
More importantly, though, Toni talks about the bond she shares with Wuwu and how pets give us unconditional love – something like the storyline of Bwakaw.
Bwakaw is directed by Jun Robles Lana and will be exhibited, along with other Cinemalaya 2012 entries, on July 20 to July 29 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines as well as the Ayala Cinemas in Greenbelt and TriNoma.
Bwakaw, although categorized as a comedy, has a very touching trailer, which you can watch here.
It also stars Armida Siguion-Reyna, Gardo Versoza, Soxie Topacio, Alan Paule, Luz Valdez, Rez Cortez, Beverly Salviejo, Jonathan Neri, May-I Fabros, Soliman Cruz, Roni Bertubin and Joey Paras.
