Newlyweds Shalani Soledad and Roman Romulo are back in the Philippines after a weeklong honeymoon in Rome. The couple arrived on February 3 at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on board Cathay Pacific flight CX901.
The Valenzuela councilor and TV host Soledad told reporters that she's really blessed to have married the Pasig City representative Romulo because he is so kind. She further said that they would also consider it a blessing however few or many children God decides to give them.
Now that she's back in the country, Shalani said she will be going back to hosting Wil Time Bigtime next week.
Soledad and Romulo got married last January 22 in a ceremony held at St. Benedict Church in Ayala Westgrove, Silang, Cavite. The Philippine President Noynoy Aquino, who is Soledad's ex-boyfriend, failed to attend the wedding despite being invited. Wil Time Bigtime host Willie Revillame, who was romantically linked to Soledad sometime ago, also wasn't able to come.
Being the ex-girlfriend of PNoy, Soledad wasn't able to escape being asked about the president dating the Korean DJ and TV personality Grace Lee. Soledad, though, gracefully turned down the questions saying she was in Rome when the news broke out and she didn't know anything about it.
