Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson together last Valentine's Day

Gerald Anderson confirmed that he and Sarah Geronimo were together last Valentine's Day.

The Budoy star, during a presscon that launched him as Mint's newest endorser, said he and Sarah went on a group KTV date with some friends including the Popstar Princess' Mommy Divine.

And how could the 22-year-old actor describe his Valentine's Day? "Masaya. It's a group date. Although 'wag na siguro tayo mag-detalye kumbaga kasi personal life ko na 'yon."

Gerald hopes, though, that the public would not assume that there's something going on between him and Sarah just because they were together last February 14th. He said he's still in the process of getting to know Sarah and is not in a hurry to jump into a relationship. "Single siya, single ako, wala naman masama dun."

He also admitted that his friendship with Sarah is important to him. "Maraming beses ko na pong sinabi sa inyo na special s'ya sa akin," he said.

He also thanked the fact that Mommy Divine trusts him enough to give him the opportunity to be with Sarah and their whole family. “Yung mga simpleng pagsasama lang, yung bonding moments pag magkasama kami. Masaya ako dahil mas nakilala ko siya. Pinakagusto ko sa kanya is yung ugali niya, yung pagkatao niya.”

Last Christmas, Gerald gave Sarah a necklace while Sarah gave him a shirt. Sarah herself revealed it last month after much prodding from the entertainment press.

Gerald appeals to the public, though, to give them privacy when it comes to things like these. As he said, it's already their personal lives.

The two have an upcoming romantic movie together that is due out soon.
