Rhian Ramos was all tears while answering some questions during the interview that she granted 24 Oras regarding the "abortion" controversy that she was involved in.
"I could not believe that he would say all those things about me and make a video saying things like that about me," Rhian told Pia Guanio when asked about the video diary of Mo Twister where the DJ was talking about the alleged abortion.
Rhian related how their relationship started. She said the two of them met when she was only 16. Mo was 29 then.
She found Mo as a nice, smart and funny person. He gave her a lot of attention which flattered her, especially when he would say on his radio show that she was his crush.
"I liked him," Rhian confessed.
A lot of people close to her, though, weren't in favor of Mo for her. Aside from the big age difference, they also told her about Mo's reputation.
Rhian admitted she didn't listen. "I just really liked him and I guess I was being blind," she explained. "You learn your lesson after naman, e."
But the Kapuso actress confessed that many things changed later on when they became boyfriend-girlfriend. That's when she came to know Mo Twister in a completely different way.
"It's like he was a different person," Rhian said.
She tried ending their relationship many times before but Mo "would get really mad" or would even come to the point of threatening Rhian.
"I think the most painful time was when he outright told me that 'I promise to take everything you love away from you,'" Rhian narrated, then asked, "Yon ba yong love? Tatakutin ka ng tao, ite-threaten ka, sisirain ka. Para ano? Para sa kanya ka lang?"
The biggest lesson she learned from this whole experience was to listen to her parents. "The reason why your family knows what's best for you is because they love you unconditionally."
For now, Rhian wanted to take a rest from showbiz for a little bit. She'd like to have some time to spend with her family.
She only had praises for GMA-7, though. She said the network has been so good to her and has always stood by her.
