Maine Mendoza reclaims her Twitter account

The #KalyeSerye episode on Tuesday had Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola) teaching the us about respecting the properties of others. The rant was in connection with the hacking of Maine Mendoza's social media accounts, including her Twitter and e-mail.

"'Yung mga Twitter ninyo, parang bahay n'yo na rin 'yan. Nandoon ang inyong saloobin - saya, lungkot, at lahat ng iniisip. Huwag na huwag naman tine-trespassing. Hindi maganda 'yan. Irespeto ang mga pribadong gamit ari-arian, at mga pansariling bagay," she said.

Maine's Twitter account got hacked early Tuesday morning, November 3, 2015. It was the group Anonymous Philippines that took over the account and used it to promote their upcoming event.

One of their posts using the #KalyeSerye star's Twitter page said they were going to return it to the original owner, but according to reports, it was Talk 'N Text (one of her endorsements)  and TAPE, Inc. (producer of "Eat Bulaga!") that helped her reclaim the account.

It was after the Tuesday episode of "Eat Bulaga!" that Maine tweeted to tell everyone that she now has her account back.

"Bawal ang sad, dapat happy! Kamusta kayo? Nagbabalik, Yaya Dub," she wrote.

She revealed, however, that while her Instagram and Twitter are now fine, her Facebook account has been deactivated by hackers and her e-mail account is still inaccessible.

Meanwhile, the Facebook page of Anonymous Philippines has been bombarded with negative comments from those who don't approve of their hacking Maine's account.

One of the admins seemed to have blown his top off in a comment, questioning what the fans of AlDub (Alden Richards and Maine aka Yaya Dub) get in return from supporting the love team. According to him, people should look into the country's situation instead of supporting AlDub.

The event that the group is trying to promote is the Million Mask March, which, according to the event banner, is a protest for "freedom of speech, peace and truth" and "for a healthier humanity."

The other admins of the Facebook page have since apologized for their fellow admin's comment.
