Trixie Maristela of the Philippines was crowned Miss International Queen 2015 on Friday, November 6, 2015, in Thailand.
Trixie bested 26 candidates from all over the world, including two other contestants from the Philippines - Michelle Binas and Francine Garcia.
She was crowned by last year's winner, Venezuela's Isabella Santiago.
First runner-up was Valesca Dominik Ferraz from Brazil, and second runner-up was the home girl, Sopida Siriwattananukoon from Thailand.
Trixie, a 29-year-old transgender model, is also the current Gay Manila 2015 titleholder, as well as the most recently crowned "Super Sireyna Philippines" (2014) of "Eat Bulaga!" preceding the 2013 winner, Francine.
Meanwhile, both Trixie and Isabella competed in "Super Sireyna Worldwide 2014" where they both lost to Iris Sahhara Henson of Nigeria.
