Lola Nidora (Wally Bayola) allowed Yaya Dub (Maine Mendoza) to perform with Alden Richards in a special number for "Eat Bulaga!'s" "Bulaga Pa More: Gaya-Gaya Pa More" grand finals.
After much suspense on who the #KalyeSerye love team would impersonate, Alden appeared on stage with a big doll ala Maria Leonora Teresa, the famous doll Tirso Cruz III (Pip) gifted Nora Aunor (Guy) with back in the days.
Alden indeed looked a bit like Pip at some angles, and I'm sure the lolas watching were brought back to the Guy and Pip heyday as the heartthrob lip-synced to "Maria Leonora Teresa" followed by Maine's fun "dubsmash" of "Tiny Bubbles."
The two also did a "duet" of "Together Again" which made the fans kilig.
However, the ring that they acquired from Bahay Ni Lola during the Halloween episode went missing.
Alden was about to give it to Maine when he found out the ring was not in the jewelry box.
Well, we'll find out where the ring went (did someone steal it?) in the following #KalyeSerye episodes.
Meanwhile, Mico Aytona won "Bulaga Pa More: Gaya-Gaya Pa More" for his impersonation of Michael Jackson. He won P100,000 in cash, beating other contestants including IC Mendoza as Lady Gaga, Regine Angeles as Ariana Grande, Ynez Veneracion as Jennifer Lopez, and Barbara Miguel as Beyonce.
