Neil Perez is passing on his crown to a new Mister International winner that will be named on November 30 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Resorts World Manila.
This year's candidates have arrived as early as November 17 and they have been busy since then with pictorials and activities like the most recent one - a visit to Ilocos Norte.
