This is not the first time Dennis Trillo is part of the Cosmo Centerfolds, but we’re not complaining. The Kapuso actor definitely got the physique to be part of it and he’s currently in-demand courtesy of the series My Husband’s Lover.
Dennis is actually the lover of the husband played by Tom Rodriguez, who tops this year’s Cosmo Centerfolds batch along with Alden Richards.
But it’s not only Tom that Dennis is somehow “connected” to in this batch. Appearing with him side-by-side in the magazine pages is Rayver Cruz. What do they have in common? They are both Cristine Reyes’ exes. Cristine is one lucky, lucky girl, don’t you think? Especially now that she has Derek Ramsay as her boyfriend.
