CF Internacional de Madrid won the match against the Azkals Alyansa with the score of 3-1 in the charity match held at Rizal Memorial Stadium on January 7, 2012.
Azkals Alyansa consisted of the combined Philippine Azkals and the United Football League. They joined forces for the benefit of the Typhoon Sendong victims in Iligan and Cagayan de Oro.
Only James Younghusband scored for the team during the 63rd minute. Before he did so, though, CF Madrid already have 3 goals courtesy of Rufo Sanchez (15th minute), Daniel Fernandez (32nd minute) and Ignacio Feijoo (46th minute).
The Azkals Alyansa's starting 11 included Jason Sabio, Anton del Rosario, Roel Gener, Chieffy Caligdong, Ian Araneta, Angel Guirado, Eduard Sacapano, Carli de Murga, Lexton Moy and the brothers Phil and James Younghusband.
CF Madrid's starting 11, on the other hand, were Rufino Familiar Sanchez, Daniel Garcia Fernandez, Joaquin Carlos Canas Garcia, Ruben Encinas Fernandez, Javier Arribas Rubio, Guillermo Lopez Bejar, Eloy Edy Nkene, Julian Manuel Bautista Rodriguez, Alain Aliaga Cedillo, Manuel Rosales Pacheco and Mario Sanchez Ponce.
