Denise Laurel and Martin del Rosario team up in “PHR Presents: Pintada”

Denise Laurel, who is currently seen in ABS-CBN’s Dahil Sa Pag-ibig as Wendy Garcia, is set to star in another series and this time playing the lead.

In Precious Hearts Romances Presents: Pintada, Denise will star opposite Martin Del Rosario who is very happy with his leading man role.

The story is about a teacher (Denise) and a student (Martin) whose relationship went farther outside the confines of the classroom and developed into a romantic affair.

Denise has already played roles in previous PHR series, Midnight Phantom and Kristine with Rafael Rosell as her leading man. Rafael is also her leading man in Dahil Sa Pag-ibig.

Pintada is Denise and Martin’s first time to work as a pair. With the nature of PHR stories, it is already quite expected that there will be kissing scenes between the main characters.To that Martin was quoted as saying, “First time ko makikipag-kissing scene. Si Denise naman nakailang PHR na siya, so tutulungan din n’ya ako.”

Martin, who was very thankful for the break, promised to do whatever is needed for his role. “Ilalagay ko ‘yong sarili ko sa character,” he said. “Okay sa akin kahit anong sabihin ni direk. Kasi TV naman ‘to so may limitation pa rin.”
