Carmina Villaroel is now officially back to ABS-CBN! She signed a contract with the Kapamilya network earlier today, January 16, 2012.
The actress/host posted the above picture on Twitter together with the message that she's now back to ABS-CBN.
"I'm so back to the kapamilya network. Yahoo!" tweeted a what seemed to be ecstatic Carmina.
She then posted more pictures, one showing her with ABS-CBN channel head Cory Vidanes, and some with fellow actress and Sis co-host Janice de Belen who also signed a contract with the Kapamilya network.
Carmina "grew up" with ABS-CBN. She was still a teen when she joined Palibhasa Lalake and Abangan ang Susunod na Kabanata.
In another tweet, she said she was away from the Kapamilya network for only eight years and that she had been a Kapamilya longer.
Carmina will be part of two soaps - Precious Hearts Romances: Kung Babalik Kang Muli and You're Always in My Heart. She will also be co-hosting a talk show with Janice.
When asked who among the Kapamilya stars she would like to work with, she immediately dropped the name of Kim Chiu. Why? Because she has been told that she has a strong resemblance with the My Binondo Girl star.
