Miss Universe Philippines 2015 Pia Wurtzbach is now down to 118 lbs!
Her mentor Jonas Gaffud showed off Pia's smaller frame in a photo he posted Tuesday on Instagram.
The caption reads:

With a big smile on her face and one hand on her waist, she looks like the country's 3rd Miss Universe, indeed.
Miss Universe 2015 is reportedly going to be held in China this December.
