The pilot episode of ABS-CBN's "On The Wings Of Love" won in the national television ratings based on Kantar Media's data.
Topbilled by the love team of James Reid and Nadine Lustre, the series won in its timeslot despite the premiere of another teleserye in its rival network, GMA-7's "My Faithful Husband."
"On The Wings Of Love" scored 22.1%, while the Kapuso teleserye topbilled by Jennylyn Mercado and Dennis Trillo only got 12.7%.
It is James and Nadine's first teleserye and their fans (the JaDines) showed their all-out support by trending #OTWOLArrival on Twitter.
Overall, the series ranked 4th below other Kapamilya programs - "Nathaniel" (32.5%), "Pangako Sa 'Yo" (32.1%), and "TV Patrol" (28.2%).
