Bea Alonzo and John Lloyd Cruz are reprising their roles as Popoy and Basha respectively in the sequel for their 2007 hit movie "One More Chance."
Cathy Garcia-Molina, who directed the first movie, will still be under the helm of this upcoming movie.
On Monday, August 17, Star Cinema has released a teaser of the sequel on YouTube. It shows Popoy and Basha coming home from work and arguing over a client.
The argument then shifts to what they are going through as a couple.
"One More Chance" is one of their most memorable movie together. Even their characters have become popular and their "hugot" lines are still remembered up to now.
Basha's famous "ako na lang ulit" line was used by Popoy in the sequel's teaser, almost mocking her before saying that he's not sure anymore if reconciling with her was a good idea.
The scene was heartbreaking, and the two are such good actors that you can feel their emotions even if they are just sitting at the sofa with hardly a dialogue.
