“Silver… Rewind” – Ticket Exchange Mechanics

“Silver… Rewind,” the repeat of Regine Velasquez’s 25th anniversary concert will be held on January 5, 2013 at the same venue, the Mall of Asia Arena. Those who bought tickets to the original “Silver” concert on November 16 can now exchange their used tickets for free ones for the Jan. 5 concert.

Silver... Rewind - Ticket Exchange Mechanics

The same seat location will be given, no seat upgrades are allowed. Ticket exchange will only be up to Dec. 25. Unclaimed tickets after the said date will be up for sale starting Dec. 26.

Ticket Exchange Mechanics:

  1. TICKET EXCHANGE DURATION IS FROM DECEMBER 01-DECEMBER 25, 2012 ONLY. NO SELLING/RESERVATION WITHIN THIS PERIOD
  2. TICKETS CAN BE EXCHANGED IN ANY SM TICKETS BRANCH
  3. ONLY THOSE WHO BOUGHT TICKETS (TICKET WITH PRICE) ARE ELIGIBLE FOR TICKET EXCHANGE
  4. NO PHYSICAL TICKET, NO EXCHANGE. LOST TICKET CAN NO LONGER BE ACCOMMODATED. CLAIM TICKET VOUCHER/ONLINE VOUCHER NOT ALLOWED AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.
  5. OLD TICKET MUST BE SURRENDERED
  6. SAME SEAT LOCATION WILL BE GIVEN. NEW TICKET WILL SERVE AS COMPLIMENTARY
  7. NO TICKET UPGRADE. IF YOU WISH TO BUY TO A HIGHER TICKET PRICE, YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE. YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR DECEMBER 26 IN ORDER TO BUY
  8. FOR THOSE WHO BOUGHT UPPER BOX AND GENERAL ADMISSION SRO (STANDING), PLEASE WAIT UNTIL DECEMBER 26 TO EXCHANGE FOR AVAILABLE TICKET WITH SEAT. IF NO SEATS ARE AVAILABLE, SAME STANDING AREA WILL BE GIVEN.
  9. UNCLAIMED TICKETS AFTER DECEMBER 25, 2012 WILL BE OPENED FOR SALE
  10. PUBLIC SELLING WILL START DECEMBER 26, 2012
