Queenierich Rehman makes it as finalist in Miss World 2012’s pre-pageant events

Queenierich Rehman, the Philippine representative to the Miss World 2012 pageant, made it as finalist of two pre-pageant events – Miss Talent and Miss Top Model.

Winners of the Miss Top Model automatically advances to the semi-finals of the pageant. Unfortunately, Miss Talent doesn’t get that chance. It’s sad because Queenierich has a big chance of winning Miss Talent. She showcases her beatboxing skills, a thing we don’t usually see a girl do.

There are 117 delegates, the most number of candidates in Miss World history, for this year’s pageant and to be included in the top 24 of Miss Talent and top 47 of Miss Top Model is already an accomplishment.

Miss Talent finals will be held on August 10. The top 24 girls are Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, China, Curacao, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Macau, Mongolia, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Philippines, St. Kitts and Nevis, US Virgin Islands and USA.

Miss Top Model finals, on the other hand, will be on August 12. The top 47 are Angola, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, China, Colombia, Cote D’Ivoire, Denmark, England, Gabon, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Lithuania, Mexico, Mongolia, Nigeria, Philippines, Poland, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Sweden, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Wales.

Miss World 2012 coronation night will be on August 18 in Ordos, China.
