Roy Requejo was declared the Third Big Placer of Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition 4.

The Boy Sipag Ng Naga got 9.38% of combined Save and Evict votes during the finale that was held on July 7, 2012 at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center in Bulacan.

He won P300k, appliance showcase from Whirlpool and Fujidenzo, cool gadgets like Sony Vaio laptop and Sony Cybershot digital cameras.
