Who will make it to the 2012 MMFF official list of entries?

The month of June means the time for submission of scripts for the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) that happens in December.

Here’s the list of 14 movie scripts submitted for consideration to the 2012 MMFF:

  1. Scenema Concept International – El Presidente starring Nora Aunor, ER Ejercito, Cristine Reyes and Cesar Montano
  2. Scenema Concept International – Ben Tumbling starring Jericho Rosales
  3. GMA Films – Coño Problems starring Aljur Abrenica, Solenn Heussaff, Isabelle Daza, Bianca King and Mikael Daez
  4. Star Cinema – Still Untitled starring Vice Ganda and Kris Aquino
  5. Star Cinema – One More Try starring Dingdong Dantes, Angelica Panganiban, Angel Locsin and Zanjoe Marudo
  6. Unitel Pictures – Lola Basyang Story
  7. OctoArts Films – Si Agimat, Si Enteng and Me starring Bong Revilla, Vic Sotto and Judy Ann Santos
  8. Quantum Films – The Strangers starring Julia Montes, Enrique Gil and Enchong Dee
  9. Quantum Films – Tuhog starring Eugene Domingo
  10. Solar Films and Brillante Mendoza – Sa ‘Yo ang Sinapupunan starring Nora Aunor
  11. Deus Lux Mea Films – My Prince Charming starring Iza Calzado and Mario Maurer
  12. Adolf Alix’s Deux Lux Mea Films – Death March starring Cesar Montano, Zanjoe Marudo and Jason Abalos
  13. Regal Films – Shake Rattle and Roll 14 starring Lovi Poe, Dennis Trillo and Vhong Navarro
  14. Center Stage Productions – Still Untitled

Only 8 films will be approved and the announcement of the final list is expected at the end of this month.
