John Lloyd Cruz and Angelica Panganiban are seen kissing in QC

John Lloyd Cruz and Angelica Panganiban were allegedly seen kissing in a public spot in Quezon City, near the condo unit where the actress lives.

Twitter user mommieangelove, an account that I believe was just made to tell Twitterworld about the John Lloyd-Angelica affair, also posted tweets about seeing the award-winning actor in Angelica’s condo unit for nights in succession. The tweets, however, stopped on May 5.

The last tweet posted was “@IamAngelicaP wag mniwala bout sa inyo ni lloyd eh kitang kita nmen kaung dlawa kung pano kau maghalikan at maglandian, natutulog sa unit mo”

It was early last month when John Lloyd’s ex-girlfriend Shaina Magdayao released a statement to officially announce their breakup. During that time, rumors about Angelica being the third party have already surfaced.

Shaina didn’t divulge in her statement, which was released through the PR office of Star Magic, the reason of their breakup, saying that it was purely between John Lloyd and herself.

Prior to that, Derek Ramsay, Angelica’s ex-boyfriend, also confirmed his breakup with the Every Breath You Take actress but denied that their breakup involved a third party.

I admire Derek for not spilling the beans, that is, if he really knew about the John Lloyd-Angelica affair and if it really was the cause of their breakup. A true sign of being a gentleman. It could also mean getting the sympathy of the public for hurting silently.

Derek was recently named TV5’s sports ambassador to the 2012 London Olympics. I’m sure the athlete in him was very happy with the opportunity to do the sports coverage, something ABS-CBN failed to give him which was one of the reasons why he transferred network.

Good things are also happening to both John Lloyd and Angelica’s careers. Angelica recently starred opposite Piolo Pascual in the hit Every Breath You Take, while John Lloyd has an upcoming teleserye titled A Beautiful Affair which reunites him with long-time loveteam Bea Alonzo. He also recently covered Esquire and StarStudio magazines’ June 2012 issues.

I just don’t see any reason why John Lloyd and Angelica won’t go public with the relationship if that was really true. They’re now both “singles,” anyway.

Are they afraid to admit that they were the real cause why their respective previous relationships failed? But then things like that always happen, no?

Or are they being told not to go public with the relationship because it might hurt their showbiz careers?
