The first of American Idol 11’s two-night finale is happening Tuesday night (Wednesday morning in Manila).
The final two contestants, Filipino-Mexican Jessica Sanchez and Phillip Phillips, will sing three songs - (1) the contestants’ favorite song of the series; (2) a song chosen by Simon Fuller; and (3) their individual new single.
The performance show will be aired locally by ETC on Wednesday night, May 23, at 6 PM, with replays at 7 PM and 10 PM.
The Grand Finale, on the other hand, will be aired by ETC live on Thursday, May 24, at 8 AM! Pinoys will be able to watch it the same time it happens at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
