New Wave icons perform live in Manila and Cebu

Tears For Fears and Per Sorensen of Fra Lippo Lippi is coming to Manila for a concert in Manila and Cebu on August 10 and August 12 respectively.

The August 10 Manila concert will be held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Ticket prices are P7,500, P5,500, P4,500, P2,500, P1,500 and P500. You may call TicketNet at 911-5555 for more info.

Tears For Fears is best known for the songs Mad World and The Seeds of Love. The band is composed of Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith.

Pen Sorensen, on the other hand, is the vocalist of Fra Lippo Lippi, another popular New Wave/synth act in the 80s. They popularized the songs Shouldn’t Have To Be Like That, Everytime I See You and Beauty and Madness among others.
