Bryan Boy, excited about his new role in “America’s Next Top Model Cycle 19”

It created a buzz last month when news about the removal of Nigel Barker, J. Alexander and Jay Manuel from America’s Next Top Model came out.

For the Philippines, however, it became an exciting news because it also brought about the talks that Filipino fashion blogger Bryan Boy was being considered as one of the replacements.

Although there has been no official statement from ANTM, Bryan’s recent update on his Facebook page confirmed that he will be part of the show’s Cycle 19.

“Excited with my new role on cycle 19 of America's next top model,” he posted. He also posted about moving to Los Angeles and how he tapes for the show five times a week.

One of the big changes happening to ANTM is allegedly the addition of bloggers and fashion insiders with strong presence on the internet. The move will make the already popular show more visible in social media.

Bryan Boy, an internet superstar in his own right, is one of the most-sought fashion blogger when it comes to fashion events. He and his blog became so popular that big fashion designers like Marc Jacobs and Dolce & Gabbana, among others, sit him front row during their fashion events.

Let’s all wish Bryan Boy goodluck. He will surely make us Pinoys proud.
