'The Voice Kids PH 2' - Diwdiw-playing brothers from Bohol make it to Team Bamboo

Three young artists made it past the Blind Auditions of "The Voice Kids Philippines" season 2 on Sunday, June 28, 2015.

Jolianne Salvado was the first to make it with her rendition of Ariana Grande's "Tattoed Heart." The young achiever from Cebu, who also prepared a poem for the show, impressed coaches Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo.

She eventually picked coach Sarah because she thinks "her way of teaching is more suitable" for her. She became the 11th member of Team Sarah.

The next successful auditionee was Ashley Simone "Sim" Teves who sang "Stay With Me."

She impressed all three coaches. The first to turn was coach Bamboo MaƱalac who pressed his button after the second line of the song. It was Sim's falsetto that got coach Lea to turn, while coach Sarah turned on the last word of the song.

Her voice was described by coach Lea as ethereal, the quality is likened to the fairies in the forest and the fireflies.

Coach Sarah, meanwhile, recalled a scene from "Malificent" where the princess is sleeping and just gliding.

The coach that won Sim's vote was coach Bamboo who said that flowers would suddenly grow if she comes to his team. He also promised to fight for her. She became the 9th member of Team Bamboo.

The third that got through was a duo from Bohol - brothers Emman and Sandy. They played their "diwdiw" (which was made by their father) while they sang a Visayan "Just Give Me A Reason." Their uniqueness made coach Bamboo turn making them the 10th member of Team Bamboo.
