Jimboy Martin was one of the "Pinoy Big Brother 737" housemates that was revealed on Wednesday, June 17, 2015, over "It's Showtime," "TV Patrol" and "Aquino & Abunda Tonight."
Jimboy, 17, is an MVP in basketball in his school, but he wants to be better known for his rapping skills.
According to a report in "TV Patrol," he stood out during the auditions when he did a rap, inspired by his idol Gloc-9.
He actually did a sample of that during his introduction in "It's Showtime," with hosts Vice Ganda and Anne Curtis becoming his back-up dancers.
The second housemate revealed the same day was a Muslim teen, Ailah Antopino.
She's the first ever teen Muslim to join the reality show, and she's going inside the PBB house during Ramadan.
When asked why she thinks she was chosen among thousands of auditionees, the 13-year-old said that maybe they picked her so she can show the ways of a traditional Muslim, something that has not been done inside the famous yellow house.
"PBB 737" is set to premiere this Saturday, June 20, 2015, 9:45 PM, on ABS-CBN. It is hosted by Toni Gonzaga, Robi Domingo and Bianca Gonzalez.
