On its Instagram account, the mag posted a photo of the Popatar Royalty with the caption: "We're proud to present to you our cover girl Sarah Geronimo!"

On how they chose Sarah as this year's Most Beautiful, Yes! editor-in-chief Joann Maglipon, during a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, said, "Sarah is also a woman who has come into her own. That is the reason why YES! magazine chose her as this year's most beautiful star."
Meanwhile, when asked what beauty is, Sarah said it's not the physical appearance for her.
"It's not the outward assets, the make-up or jewelry, but the love of family and friends that makes one a complete person," she said, as quoted by ABS-CBNnews.com.
