Cheri was the last to enter the famous house and she became an official housemate just last week. It's her first time to be nominated and sadly, it's also her last.
The 28-year-old mother of one from Olongapo City got the lowest percentage of text votes from among the five nominees, among them, Loisa Andalio, Jane Oineza, Manolo Pedrosa and Daniel Matsunaga.
Loisa and Jane have been named "safe" during the first part of the eviction on Saturday. On Sunday, host Toni Gonzaga declared the third safe nominee to be Daniel, followed by Manolo.
Jane got the highest percentage of text votes with 49.44%. Loisa got the second highest with 31.59%. Daniel followed with 13.46%, while Manolo got 4.27%. Cheridel got the lowest with 1.23%.
It was an emotional moment for the remaining housemates who have already come to get used to Cheridel's presence. For one, they will definitely miss her loud laugh and constant talking. Or maybe not.
But as announced on Saturday, the evictee will have two powers - to make one of the remaining housemates safe during the next nomination, and to make another automatically nominated.
Cheridel chose Manolo to be safe, and Fifth Pagotan to be automatically nominated.
The news was delivered to Manolo and Fifth by PBB hosts John Prats and Robi Domingo respectively. And as an added twist, the two hosts will be staying inside the house to test the nine remaining housemates through a series of challenges.
