The music video was filmed during the gay pride celebration in LA where Demi performed the song on a float in the middle of members of the LGBT community, that includes blogger Perez Hilton who makes a cameo appearance.
Really Don't Care is from Demi Lovato's self-titled fourth studio album. It is the fourth single to be released, after Heart Attack, Made in the USA and Neon Lights.
