Mark John Gutoman of Marikina City was declared the winner of Mr. Philippines 2012 during the pageant night held Saturday night, October 6, at the Icon Ultimate Club, Manila Intercontinental Hotel, Makati City.
As Mr. Philippines 2012 title holder, he will represent the country in the Mr. International 2012 pageant happening in Thailand on November 13 to 24.
Mark bested 29 other candidates from across the country. He even rose victorious against the crowd favorites during the pageant night.
In the above photo, Mark is flanked by (from left) 4th runner-up William Pagayon (Iloilo City), 1st runner-up Jessie Bayudang (Iligan City), 2nd runner-up Kevin Requeno (Cavite City), and 3rd runner-up Michael Angelo Luna (Batangas City).
Special awards given out include Best in Regional Costume which was won by Sammy Ramos, Best in Formal Wear won by 1st runner-up Jessie Bayudang, and Best in Swimwear which was also won by Sammy Ramos.
