Anne and Karylle, Jugs and Teddy, Vhong and Billy win “It’s Showtime” 3rd anniversary presentation

It’s a triple tie this year in the third anniversary presentation of It’s Showtime.

Anne Curtis and Karylle were sure winners for their circus performance but Jugs and Teddy cannot be disregarded for the funny but well-choreographed song and dance production number of Gangnam Style.

Billy Crawford and Vhong Navarro’s laser dance was also well-received by the judges and gave them a perfect 10 as well.

It has been an annual custom for the show that the hosts prepare production numbers to compete with one another.

Last year’s winner was Anne Curtis and her performance was spoofed this year by the team of Kim Atienza and Ryan Bang. Sadly they got low scores from judges, with Alfie Lorenzo even giving them a 5.

The team of Eric “Eruption” Tai, Coleen Garcia and Baby Joy got two perfect 10s and two 8s from the four judges that also included Maricel Soriano, Jericho Rosales and Angge.

Meanwhile, Vice Ganda and Jhong Hilario’s performance received a perfect 9.

It’s Showtime airs Monday-Saturday at 11:30 AM, after Be Careful With My Heart, on ABS-CBN.
