Gollayan Family is “It’s Showtime” grand winner (Video)

Gollayan Family of Santiago City, Isabela bested 8 other families from around Luzon during the grand finals of It’s Showtime Bida Kapamilya Edition that took place on Saturday.

The seven-member family won a cash prize of one million pesos.

Mentored by Robert Seña, the Gollayans performed a pop-birit number that was received by the judges with a standing ovation. They got perfect 10 scores from all 9 judges, including hosts Vice Ganda and Jhong Hilario, and guest judges Shamcey Supsup, Gino Padilla, Megan Young, Kean Cipriano, Joey Marquez, Alodia Gosiengfiao and Vandolph.

Included in their medley were I Believe I Can Fly, Queen of the Night and Please Don’t Stop the Music.

Other families that made it to the grand finals are the Caindoy Family from Quezon City, De Jesus Family from Navotas City, Diokno Family from Valenzuela City, Lucero Family from Laguna, Perez Family from Caloocan City, Rivera Family from Rizal, Santos Family from Malabon and Villalobo family from Quezon.
