MMFF 2015 reveals 8-day gross

Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2015 has already earned as much as P737 million as of Friday, January 1, 2016, according to their Facebook post. It was eight days after the eight movie entries opened in cinemas on December 25, 2015.

The MMFF usually has a two-week run in local cinemas. Last year, the film fest reported a gross earning of a little over a billion pesos at the end of its run.

With only a few days left for MMFF 2015, will it earn more than what the festival made last year?

Meanwhile, the top four movie entries are still (in random order) "My Bebe Love," "Beauty and the Bestie," "Haunted Mansion" and "Walang Forever."

According to reports, the individual gross of the movie entries will be revealed after the festival's two-week run (Jan. 7).
