Kantar Media National TV Ratings (Jan. 12, 2016) - "It's Showtime" beats "Eat Bulaga!" again

"It's Showtime" won over "Eat Bulaga!" in the national television ratings for the second day in a row on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, based on Kantar Media's data.

The Kapamilya noontime show scored 15.3% national rating against the Kapuso program's 15.2%. It was just 0.1%, but high enough to say that it won over the competition.

On Monday, Jan. 11, was the first time "It's Showtime" broke "Eat Bulaga's" winning streak that went on for half a year, since the AlDub love team of Alden Richards and Maine "Yaya Dub" Mendoza was formed.

The success of the Vice Ganda-starrer "Beauty and the Bestie" in the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) could have made the fans miss the comedian's brand of comedy, making them go back to watching "It's Showtime."

That, or have the televiewers already grown tired of watching #KalyeSerye?
