Last November, it was reported that Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza were to be interviewed by BBC News. And the said interview was aired on Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
The #KalyeSerye stars were interviewed by BBC's Rico Hizon, a journalist formerly with GMA-7.
While the report was about the future of television in the popularity of social media - how AlDub helped the noontime show penetrate social networks - Alden and Maine were also asked about the real score between them.
"Are you both in love?" asked the BBC World News anchor.
"That's for the people to find out very soon," was Alden's answer.
Maine also said that they are not closing any doors for love.
"We're not closing our doors anyway to what's going to happen next between the two of us," she said.
