Action star Robin Padilla marked his return to ABS-CBN by signing a deal with the network on Wednesday, December 9, 2015.
Robin is back as a Kapamilya with the two-year contract which includes a father and child-themed teleserye.
His last television series with ABS-CBN was "Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw" opposite Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis in 2013.
He was last seen in the TV5 sitcom "2 1/2 Daddies" together with siblings BB Gandanghari and Rommel Padilla.
Meanwhile, on Wednesday morning before the contract signing happened, Robin's wife Mariel Rodriguez took to Instagram to proudly tell her followers about it.
Mariel is currently a guest co-host of the Kapamilya noontime show, "It's Showtime."
